Day 140 Baseball In spite of being sick, the show must go on! Today our fifth grade classes had a field trip to see the minor league Salt Lake City Bee's play baseball. God was kind enough to grace me with a day that my throat was in the painful but bearable range for this trip because I had to go regardless. So for that, thank you God, I needed it. Now maybe God continued to take pity on me because I was even able to eat solid food today. I had to chew it into mush, drink it down with water, and the pain was bearable, but I got to eat FOOD! Funny how perspective changes things. Ordinarily a day full of so much pain and little food would be a bad day. But after a week of dehydrating because it hurt too much to drink, and forget about eating, that due to perspective I embraced this day of pain. Looks like for the first time in a week I might be heading in the right direction health wise. With all that out of the way, here is my shots of the day. Loved the blurred action of this shot. Another part is seemingly sticking out of an umpires head. And the last bit is the stump in the batters hand.
