Mirror lenses, you either love them or hate them

I count myself as a proud member of the former. They are light, compact and easy to focus due to the limited depth of field. They are free from CA and are generally sharp as a tack. I had a 500mm f/8 C Reflex Nikkor for the longest time and I still regret selling it when I am lugging around my behemoth 600mm f/4 Nikkor.

I've been tempted for the longest time to try a mirrored lens! I just didn't have the money to take a gamble on one.
Awesome shot! Is there an inexpensive mirrored lens you'd recommend for me my friend? I would love to have the longer reach if I can manage to afford it! :D

Even some of the Nikkors can be had for 200-300 USD.

It's a fairly easy problem to remedy.
