I tried it during mid day and I could definitely see a difference using it on a subject about 300ft away. It is light, cheap and will fold down and go in your bag easily. If you go to my 365 grampaws thread and look at the picture that I posted recently on Davis Bayou I was standing in the same place and took a picture of the trees on the far right, with and without using my flash and better beamer and it definitely made a difference the lighting of the trees on the far right side of the marsh.</p></blockquote><p></p>
