[B]We were heading to Wako when we spotted this Anhinga walking along the road. He wasn't near any water so we stopped. He was pretty close to the maintenance worker and his vehicle. Thought the Anhinga had a butterfly in his mouth. What can I say, my eyes ain't what they used to be. Closer inspection looked like some sort of fuzz ball.
