I looked at my daughter's D5600 and couldn't find anything in the menu the would allow you to either switch to LV or program another button to LV.

If it is just the tab that has broken off, or the entire ring? If it's just the tab, you may be able to manipulate the switch with something like a small pick.

You could also call Nikon customer service and see how expensive it would be to repair the switch.
