While updating FlashPlayer I also down loaded the free trial version of LR5. When I click on the icon to lunch LR5 I get an error window containing the message "the application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)." Is this because I also have LR3 installed?

No... I have LR3, LR4 and LR5 installed on my Mac with no problems

Could be a faulty or incomplete download of the trial
