Lowepro Flipside 200 / 300

Looking a backpack bag to hold a Nikon D 5300 with a Nikon 18-140mm lens and a Tamron 70-300mm f4-5.6 SP Di VC USD would like to be able to store the camera with the Tamron lens still attached, so i have narrowed the search down to either the lowepro flipside 200 or the 300, i dont want a big that will be too big for my needs as i wont be adding to my collection of gear any time soon, or there will be a divorce.

Subscribed. I was literally getting ready to hit the buy button on a Flipside 200 when I saw this post. I am really torn between the 200 and 300 since I intend to carry a tripod.

Teamfour both bags will carry a tripod.

Yep. But the 300 is an inch taller. Not sure how that would affect carrying a 26" collapsed tripod.

I received my Flipside 200 today. I really like it! I only carry a D3100, 18-55 kit lens, and the zoom kit lens with hood. I also packed in the battery charger, an assortment of filters, and manuals. So far I have the perfect amount of room. I could store one more short lens. Still waiting for my tripod. Once I get that I will do a separate post with a review.
