I know some models from Lowepro tend to do that (some don't, like my previous one) and also some other bags. I used to have a (non-camera) bag that squeaked but his time it was a little more difficult to find the problem. It turned out to be from between the two sides of the hooks touching. When I walk there is some more force on the bag (like having more weight when you jump) and this slightly bends the hooks. The rubbing of the two sides (marked with yellow X in the 1st photo) was squeaking (in every step). There was a second squeak, only a couple of times a minute or less, which was coming from only one side between the hook and the triangle part it is going through (marked with white X).I used heat shrink tubing over the hook parts to fix it, shown in 2nd photo. You could also glue something thing enough, though it would have to be thin enough to not make the hook stay in a too flexed position.
