I just took a look at nikons imaging service status check and found the same code which is B2 under the catagory which is the same as the two times i previously sent this in for repair.I called and asked the lady I spoke with why they dont do little more investigative research on the issue with this lens since it was already sent in twice. Basically, since my camera store sent it in for me they cant really tell me much.I sent it through the store since I purchased it there my shipping is free and all is covered under warranty.I was not to upset prior to my conversation with this women But I am now a little upset. I can understand not finding the issue on the first try but then the second and now the third. And now i am not getting any answers. I at this point do not feel this is good customer service.
