Chris, to answer your question on which LR book I use the most, it's a tie between the 1st and the 3rd books I listed (Bampton's and Evening's books). Sometimes one will offer a more in depth explanation than the other, but I can't say one is better than the other. It all depends upon the specific problem. I don't think you could go wrong with either one.
