But if I took it, I work with the color because you lose the neon interest in BW.I believe I would mask out the neon and put that on a separate layer on top so I can have it bright and a bit over-saturated. Then I process the rest of the image under with more contrast and bring all the saturation down lower, maybe see if changing the color to be more bluish works. Making that layer mask will require a 3rd copy of the image desaturated to BW and crank the contrast and black level up to make all but the neon disappear.</blockquote>
