hello to all the new d3100 users, just a word to the wise there is a lag between using live view vs the view finder so if its a must have shot use the view finder.....have funnnnnn

Also, I think you have a better ability to frame for composition in the viewfinder... and live view eats batteries!!
I only use LV when I am at an angle where I cannot use the viewfinder... (Overhead.. very low looking up) I find the articulating screen (D5100)a blessing for those shots.
