I use a wide gamut monitor and I have never seen RAW image quality differences between any of the major software brands. I have seen differences in how the RAW file looks in their respective default modes, but I would not call that a quality difference. I can make any RAW file from any program look the way I want. It is the options and process getting it there that differs amongst the programs.

Not raw quality but raw processed into 16 bit TIFF for example. Aperture 3 processing so far is the worst. Then Lightroom and two best professing engines are DXO Optics Pro and Capture One. In terms of UI and it's speed I think Aperture 3 beats everything hands down. However in terms of the raw processed quality -
Capture one and It's bipolar processing engine is too notch.
