Lightroom Compatibility Issue with Nikonites: Seeking Help for my Intel Arc Laptop

Hey Nikonites!

I hope everyone is doing great. I recently encountered an issue while using Adobe Lightroom on my Intel Arc laptop, and I was wondering if anyone here has experienced something similar or has any insights that could help me resolve it.

Here's the problem: Whenever I try to import my RAW files from my Nikon camera into Lightroom, the software fails to recognize the files or displays them with distorted colors. It's quite frustrating as I rely on Lightroom for my post-processing workflow, and this issue is hindering my progress.

Now, I've tried a few troubleshooting steps, such as updating my Lightroom to the latest version, checking for any firmware updates for my Nikon camera, and ensuring that my laptop's drivers are up to date. However, the problem still persists.

I suspect that this could be a compatibility issue between Lightroom and my Intel Arc laptop's hardware or software. While I understand that Lightroom is generally compatible with Nikon RAW files, there might be some conflicts arising specifically with the Intel Arc laptop's architecture or graphics drivers.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue with Lightroom on an Intel Arc laptop? If so, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share your insights and any potential solutions you may have found. It could be related to graphics driver settings, color profiles, or any specific Lightroom preferences that need adjustment.

Additionally, if any Intel Arc laptop users have encountered any software compatibility issues, I would love to hear your experiences and any workarounds you may have discovered.

I'm eager to get back to my photography workflow without these hurdles, so any assistance or suggestions would be immensely helpful.

Thank you in advance for your support, and I look forward to your responses!

Best regards,
Yamaris
