This looks like the 45mm pancake lens. Nice!
Yep yep, and look at the flowers of light scatter tessar produces.
If there was a "super like" button Marcel, I would have hit it twice!
I forgot about your f1.2 lens. NAS attack imminent.
This lens has produced outstanding results on the D700. I haven't used it that much on the D600 but will have to take it out for a spin one of these days. One thing I know is that it is my sharpest lens from f-2.
I am certain that you will come up with spectacular images with your subjects. I tried one before when I was still in Japan. The lens that I tried was very sharp at f2.8. I struggled focusing at f1.2 though.
I'm sorry Marcel, but those 2 photos do not belong in the same post.

I don't agree. What you don't know is that I was supposed to shoot that model with the blacksmith but it had to be canceled since he had an emergency job that prevented him from the shoot. I had a plan... Two days later, when I walked by his shop and he saw the model that was supposed to pose with him, he had regrets...
Thanks Glenn. The light was just fantastic and I did a bit of post processing.
