Pin-hole cameras take amazing photos in the hands of a knowledgeable photographer. I camera/lens combo is simply a tool like a paint brush and in the right hands it can produce masterpieces. But just because you have a very expensive paint brush does not mean you can paint a Mona Lisa. Perhaps if you rephrase your question into something like "what is the minimum amount of camera equipment I will need in order to learn how to produce the kind of photographs I see in my minds eye" then the question becomes a bit easier to answer.</p></blockquote><p></p>
