But i read it online and tried it and i will be darned if it didn't work. Long enough for me to get all my files and to set up the new drive. This happened on my desktop. But it may be worth a try. Like it said it sounds crazy but it worked for me. I could get it to do anything.I removed the HD and stuck it in the freezer for about 20 minutes. Took it out hooked it back up and it worked long enough for me to do what i needed it to do. You can google it. But i wont guarantee that it will work for you.
