Just added an Sb-800 and Sb-700 to my ongoing arsenal....

Picked them up at a price I could not say no to....

They will now join my Sb-600 and Yongnuo Yn-560II in my home studio build.
I should have enough lights to cover background and hair with the 4 of them. Along with that I do have 3 monolights which will also be used accordingly. Now just need to get myself a ring light which would probably find a home to one of these speedlights.

Anyone use any of the DIY brand or any Ray Flash etc?

SB-800s are awesome. I have 3 of them, acquired over the past 10 years (last one 5 years ago). If I had to buy another flash, there are many alternatives out there for under $100 that would fit my needs. I have a cheapie ring light ($39) that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. My recommendation is don't go cheap.

Well I kind of see it as a want to try... as I'm in no way looking to purchase a dedicated ring light like a Profoto. I could have had one cheap, but then comes the power pack needed.

Sounds like a nice buy right there - congrats :)
