Well let me put it this way, I think Jim Brandenburg is a superb nature photographer and since nature photography is my first love when it comes to photography, and since I think some of his work will stand the test of time, it would be cool to have this lens. It would be the same for me if I would have been able to get a hold of one of the cameras used by someone like Ernst Haas or even Henri Cartier Bresson. If you give it 50 years, you'd be surprised how the value of something may change. Although I wouldn't buy it for practical or investment reasons but purely sentimental.</p></blockquote><p></p>
