2014-037: Managed a bunch today, all on a whim, all LR-only processed. First a shot I squeezed off of some flowers with my 70-200mm. Wasn't expecting much at all, but loved the way the natural light managed a nice vignette, which I've since enhanced a bit. Seriously stunned at how much I like this rather random shot. Next, a couple birds on the deck. First a female Cardinal scouting for food. Then a Dark Eyed Junco that was hopping around hopelessly trying to dig up some of the ice to uncover seed - caught mid-hop. And finally, our "pet deer", that appears regularly throughout the day to feed below the bird feeders. Apparently she's gotten rather comfortable and has decided to recline while eating. Normally she beds down just behind the property line. No worries, she gets around just fine.
