I've just purchased a D5100

Hi everyone

I purchased a D5100 today and am looking forward to learning how to use it to take wonderful photos.

I've never owned or used a DSLR before so there's a lot for me to learn. I've set the date and time on the camera so that's a start! And I'm going to have a really good look at the manual and the camera itself and this forum so that I can get off to a good start with my photography.

Yes Helen tell us, I also have 5100 and live just out from Thames. Welcome. You will I am sure get to really like the 5100. I 'v had mine about a year. Phil
