http://nikonites.com/flashes/11674-calumet-genesis-sp692n-gn-50-does-wireless-commander-slave-mode.html?highlight=Genesis#axzz3JeQYSc3v Its a rebranded Flash similar to the SP692n, Commander mode is not as convoluted as Nikon BUT not as easy as Olympus Flash 50R that being said B&H is reputable and they are marketing it under the bolt brand. If go to Calumet you will see the Genesis brand is similar. I have used it at events and its good quality. One thing I notice is that Joe McNally will use a flash in commander mode (although he is shooting a higher end D4 no on board flash) would make me think the output would have more effect then the on board ones). If you are shooting CLS mode you can have the commander flash have no effect or some effect. I usually shoot manual mode and use a Sekonic L358 that will give me a 30% flash ratio to ambient.
