[INTRO] Hello! I'm Astrix From Singapore - Newbie

Greeting to all and hello,

I'm Astrix new to photography and Nikonites

Current toy:
- Nikon D7000
- Kit lens AF-S 18-105mm

Looking to get soon:
- Nikon 35mm f/1.8G Prime
- SB 700 Speedlight

Looking forward for any advice and guidance. Thanks in advance.

Update: 5 April 14

Bought about one month for 35mm f/1.8G Prime. Tested for outdoor and indoor for wedding events and outdoor family beach event. So far love it and impressive with the outcome :thumbup:

Thinking to replace my kit lens 18-105mm to:
- Tokina 16-50mm f/2.8; or
- Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8 VC
As both have fix aperture.

Interested to shoot for wedding events (more to indoor). Any suggestions and advise worth the replacement?
