Interchanging Lens

I have an older Nikon N4004 camera that the batteries corroded in the battery compartment. I have two lenses for the camera, the AF Nikkor 50mm 1:1.8 and the AF Nikkor 70-210mm 1:4-5.6. Will those lenses interchange with any of the newer Nikon digital cameras?

Yes and no to varying degrees.

On the current mirrorless Z-mount bodies, with the FTZ adapter they work but cannot autofocus.

DSLR bodies: Check for the models that have the screw drive autofocus motor in them. This is basically the prosumer level bodies and better bodies. D850 D810 D7500 D7200 D7100 D7000 D90 D80 D750 D700 D610 D600. The lower numbered models like D3400, D5300 do not have the AF motor and once again you are going to manual-focus everything.

All of the "D" series cameras, like D850, D7100 are DSLR bodies, and do not require an adapter to use. The newer "Z" bodies, such as the Z5, Z8 etc, will require the FTZ adapter.
