I was under the impression that you had found d a way to display exif when hovering the mouse, but maybe that's not, officially, the case. The thing is, that whether it's supposed to work or not, from time to time I do get the hover exif data from photos I have linked to from flickr. The shutter time is always displayed in theformat "10/x" (ie. 10/2500 instead of 1/250), and as mentioned I cannot find consistency in when it will show and when it will not.
