Tell me what you guys think of this. Shot with the D40 on a spur of the moment thing.

If the lamp ist stright and the cloud above th elamp away the picture is the best shot to show a lamp. So it is a great shot.

the color of the sky is great. if you zoom out a bit and get more of the cloud it will be nicer

Not trying to be flippant but you could try cloning out the pole and PS some earth curvature in the top left corner, make a great space shot. As is this doesn't quite work for me, perhaps if the pole was a bit straighter and a little more to the left.
