I also suspect the AF is better, but again we must wait for real world tests. The articulating screen can get you shots you'd otherwise miss, if for example holding it up above other peoples heads, or when close to the ground. The resolution difference is miniscule. The serious flaw - for some, not me - is the single card slot, but we seemed to have survived for years without that. And video is more advanced, so for those users the images will be much better. Yes there are flaws: one card slot, presumably no vertical grip, and users need to assess how much they need these. What interests me is what 'real' users think of the camera, rather than those who habitually use forums, although sadly the latter often shape the conversation, and sometimes blow minor issues out of all proportion.</blockquote>
