Hi All. Some of you may remember me (hopefully). I've been away from here for around 3 years. Illness and family matters got in the way of life, but everything is good now. I retired from my "real" job 2 years ago, and was lucky enough to be asked to be our Town Photographer. That opportunity also let be to step into the position of our Fire Dept Photographer. Lots of amazing opportunities there, as I'm on call 24 hours a day, and I get to ride in fire engines! I've also started my own business - repairing and selling antique clocks. Very busy these days. I still have my old D5100, and my main camera D7100 has been retired. It has taken a real beating, and has been to Nikon twice for major damage. It's being held together with scotch tape and glue. Just purchased a refurb D7200 that was received with only 364 clicks, so it's like new. Using variety of lenses. Nikkor 35mm prime, 18-55, 55-140 (my most favorite lens ever), 55-200, 55-300. Tokina 11-16. I hope to be able to contribute again to this forum, but due to legal constraints, most fire photos are off limits. In all, it's good to be back Steve
