Another very sad sight, that I discovered in Sacramento a year and some months ago…

A caretaker told me that these cars were all nearly new and in excellent condition when they arrived here, where they just sat, falling to decay, neglect, and vandalism. Just one of these cars, if it had been well cared-for and preserved, would be very valuable today. We're probably looking here at, what ought to have been millions of dollars worth of rare, antique Edsels, if they had only been preserved.
