I do have it set up full time at my studio as I said I would.I have an Arca clamp screwed on top of the quick release the head came with. So I use a quick release on a quick release to attach my camera. The head is physically larger than I expected and the handle likes to be in the way at times. The weight of camera and lens affects the needed spring tension of the up-down adjustment. But it is not cheaply made at all. I think once the balance is dialed in for the gear, it would track nearly as good as a cheap gimble head would.</blockquote>
