D600/D610
I sent my D600 in for dust and oil. I'm hope they have a handle on this issue
I wasn't very receptive to sending my camera off for a problem that didn't really affect me. Sure the issue shouldn't exist but it wasn't visible in my pics and truthfully I just didn't feel that Nikon had a true fix. It was Jake's thread(s) that convinced me that Nikon might have a handle on the problem. So when I saw the spots I thought now was the time. I'll try to update this thread as events occur. One thing that seemed to help the phone conversation move along was having my equipment registered at nikonusa and have a user account already setup. After giving the rep my email she was able to pull up all my equipment and get the ball rolling right away. Like Vector Z mentioned she said 7-10 days (excluding shipping) so I'm hoping for about 2-3 weeks.
