I need help with setting

Hi,

I bought this camera and lense 80-400 for at the race track as we have sprint cars. Sometimes I am a distance away from the track. I need to know setting for when I zoom in to keep them clear and not fuzzy. They are moving at a fast speed. Also I need to know a good night setting for them too.

It's really going to depend on the lighting conditions. Daytime would be no problem but under the lights would be a bit more difficult
I would say select settings that will allow you to keep your shutter speed above 1/400. That would mean a larger aperture and higher ISO. Try to pan with the car. You'll probably get blurred background but that will show speed better than freezing everything still.
