This is one I took today.

Would've been better had the light have been behind us I think :-/ And of course, I think it could do with a crop :)
I'm also curious for the best way to convert this to a B+W? Is the best way to use the B+W thingy under adjustments tab or is there some other way? Because it looks funny when I convert it, like it's not right?

And here's mine. For B&W portraits, I strongly believe that sepia adds a lot to the warmth of the image.

Yup, Marcel wins. :) Really, though...the fact that the top of the head is not there doesn't really matter. The focal point is the eyes and the face. After awhile, you don't even notice that the top is missing. That's my opinion anyway.
