Message: <blockquote data-quote="TonyD315" data-source="post: 270523" data-attributes="member: 19804"><p>I picked up my D7100 two weeks ago and shortly after Darrell Young's D7100 book on my phone.  I'm going to second the suggestion to get it.  I'm slowly making my way through it, but so far I can say that he gets very in-depth into the functions of the camera and still keeps it easy to follow.  You start to see all the potential this camera has right from the start.  It's full of information and one of the things I liked a lot, which BackdoorHippie mentioned, is that the author puts recommendations in there for how you could use certain settings.  Obviously everyone is different but it's something I found useful.</p></blockquote><p></p>
