One is the amount of pre-op work I put into my muscles. Two is that I had an allograph instead of an autograph from my hamstring. I do not have a healing hamstring to slow me down and strong quads, hamstring, and calf muscles to speed up the recovery.  Although I did use a power scooter at Walmart tonight for grocery shopping, I did walk in from the parking lot and back out, albeit slowly. The family was happy to get out as one and do something together.</blockquote>
