It happens far too often for my liking...but I still try to help where I can, when I can, and if I can. A 'thank you' is not much to ask for taking the time to help another photographer with a problem. There are days when I just ignore a lot of requests for help, but more often than not, I give it a shot, because it's frustrating when you don't hear back from the person you helped.
