I dunno for you. I am happy with Cyberlink PowerDirector. It is NOT exactly plug and play, and has some quirks, and a few things have to be learned, and done its way, There is much I don't know yet, but I've done a couple of fairly large projects, and several small ones, and I can see that it is some powerful stuff. I have not seen Sony Vegas, but I know Amazon has very cheap versions (like $25) and very expensive big boy versions (like $500). I don't know the difference, never seen it. But my guess is it should all work, and while I have no clue, I suspect your slow frame rate was some kind of mistake you made, just something you don't know to do yet. I imagine it should work differently. So you might investigate that a little more? Maybe try doing it a second time? Perhaps post an inquiry at: Sony Creative Software - Forums - Home Tell them what you did, and what you see, and what you want. Guessing, but they may be more helpful there if they see a little less attitude. :)
