This is the Humber Bridge in the UK.
I originally took this back in 2012 on my D3100, but re-edited it last night. (Also posted in my 365 thread)

Beautiful shot. I would add a touch more exposure to it. Lights seem a bit dark. Surprised you used f6.3. Something with such a large DOF, wondering how a smaller aperture would have changed the image. Like an f16.

Thanks FastGlass :) I'm not sure why I used the settings I did - It would have been one of my first night time shots. Hopefully I will get back there at night with my 8-16mm on a less windy night and have another go! I'll have a look at adding a little exposure tonight.

So many times Steve I would get home and start playing with images and be taken back as to why I used the settings I did. Most times Like ISO, I forget I had set it for a previous setting and don't realize it till after the fact. For me it's harder to critique my own work compared to others. And I even don't like to critique others unless they ask because I don't want to come across as a no it all. So when I do I try and word it as not to offend the one showing the image.

I'm always open to critique, so thank you for your input! I don't live far away so hopefully now the nights are getting darker I will be able to have another go... Taking the shot again now I'd up the ISO and narrow the aperture... It would be nice to get some movement blur in the clouds too if there is a breeze.

Here's a second edit, adding a bit more exposure, and bit extra luminance to the lights...

I still think returning and using the 8-16mm to get the whole bridge in is the best idea!

Thanks Donald & Don. I can't remember exactly, but looking at the date I think this must have been one of my first night shot attempts but all in all I'm happy. Now I have the 8-16mm I can fit the whole bridge in without being 2 miles away!
