For any of you that like to take pictures of old cars, Hot August Nights should be at the number 1 spot on your bucket list. It's held in Reno, NV every year (August 3-8, 2021), and is billed as the largest show of old cars in the world. I was there some years back and was impressed! At night they take about a 5 block section of 2 streets, close the streets off to traffic, and let the old cars cruise around that 5 block rectangle of streets going 4 abreast down the streets. Then during the day, the same section of streets had all of the parking reserved for entrants, so that you could look at the cars, talk to the owners, and take pictures. The year that I was there, there were 5000 registered cars, with another 4-5000 cars just showing up. If it isn't on your bucket list, IT SHOULD BE! I can highly recommend it! All of my pictures of the event are on my hard drive in Florida. When I go back to Florida to pick up my other car in July, I'll bring the hard drive back to Massachusetts and post some (amateur) pictures. Andy
