Maybe I should have called it an "acquired sweet" flavor or a sweet/sour type flavor. I suspect if you asked your wife she would know what I'm talking about. Lately my wife has been straining the yogurt thru cheese cloth to give it that Greek yogurt feel. It ends up being thick and creamy like Greek yogurt, which is good IMO, but I'm a little partial to the liquidy version with a little honey, makes a great hot afternoon drink.</blockquote>
