Nothing anchors it to the landscape around it. It could be a small stretch of stream anywhere which makes it somewhat unremarkable. It needs more context. The colors are fine, the sparkle in the water is very nice but nothing leads the eye into the photo. Pull back and give us more area to explore with our eyes. It is always good to get the same shot at different focal lengths and from altered perspective so that you can choose the most pleasing exposure. Nonetheless, it is a good start.</blockquote>
