Help Needed

I have a Nikon D7000, and I have got myself in a bi of a muddle with some of the settings. Is there any way I can re-set the camera to factory de-fault settings?

To reset the settings on your Nikon D7000 DSLR camera

1. Two-Button Reset (Quick Reset):
   • This method allows you to quickly reset many shooting settings to their default values.
   • Press and hold two buttons simultaneously for about 2 seconds:
     • The buttons are marked with a green dot for reference.
     • The specific buttons used for this reset depend on the camera model.

Page 295 has a list of camera defaults and 151 describe the Two-button rest and list the items reset and page 202 just the shooting menu reset.
