Help me identifying these old lenses :)

I've been offered to buy a stack of old lenses cheaply, but they would be shipped, so i can't check them out in rl before saying yes.

Can any of you guys, from this image, tell me, 1: they are for Nikon, and 2: if they are useful in any shape or way :)

You may need to give us some more info. If they are 3rd party lenses, the mounts could be Nikon, but they could also be Canon, Pentax, etc. Can you get close up pictures of the lenses individually? Specifically of all the lettering. Some do look like Nikons, but better be safe than sorry. Thanks

I can't really get better images right now, and i can't even get that one in better resolution.

The one at the front looks a lot like Nikon i thought? It's why i enquired about the set in the first place.

I might be able to get more info on saturday.

yes,, from this picture, they do not look like original Nikon, you need a clear list

Brand
MM
aperature

fore each lens, because they look quite old.. hard to guess value.

Don't give away your money on cheap lenses. I see a tele-converter top right that has a Canon mount. I would suspect they would not be worth much. Sometimes cheap is too expensive.

Buyer beware!

I would pass. My problem with it is that they look pretty rough and you might have one Nikkor in the group and it is old and probably not worth much anyways. When you run across groups of rough lenses like this one usually what you will find is scratched elements, a lot of dust, and many times fungus. If only one of them is fungused up odds are that the rest are carrying the spores too.

Trust me my mother is an antiques dealer and buys up every camera lens and group of lenses she comes across for me. 9 times out of ten I run across the situation I described above. She has bought me countless lenses probably nearly a hundred of them. I've only got maybe two or three that were worth it the rest were junk.

Minolta 50mm at the front and what looks like a Canon breach lock teleconvertor at the back.

I can't see any there which are Nikon brand. Might possibly be a Nikon fit but can't see the bayonet mount.

On far left looks like an Olympus wideangle convertor which screws into the filter ring.

Well oldish, one of the last ones without os i think. But it's fun to mess around with... And it's very sharp, as long as I keep shutter speed above 250

I can tell you what they are NOT, they are not Nikkors. The teleconverter is in Canon FD breech mount. As for the rest, who knows but I would be willing to bet they are junk, they all look like they are in pretty rough shape. If I were you, I would pass. Junk for a really great price is still JUNK

Yes pass it up.

Front lens is a Minolta ( so - no good for you ) the brand is fine but that looks like its been under granny's bed since the war. Furthest right looks like maybe a Pentax ( so - no good for you ) good lenses, but looks like its been under the same bed.

Right at the back, that tall drink of water is a Makina Optical Makinon, mediocre. Could be in any number of mounts, and shares the bed with the others.

The DIXI lens is just 3rd party re-seller, having lenses branded for them. Could have been built by anyone, but more than likely by Shaggit and Runn Inc.

That strange shaped looking animal far left is an Olympus attachment. No good again ! And a Canon Breechlock FD has already been ID'd, so thats it pal. Walk away :)
