Help! Lens! Please

A lens for mid range? I have the nikon d3100 and i want to spend about 350£ i have the 35mm 1.8g and the 18-55mm and i want something like the 18-55 but more sharp etc.. I like to do photos of street photgraphy landscapes, and portraits i want something of mid range for dont have the need to switch lenses all the time thank you!

Tamron 17-50 2.8 if you can find the used version without the VR or even a used VR version should be around what your budget is.

I find the 18-55 sharp enough for street shots. Street photography is rarely ideal for sharp shots, and is more about capturing the moment. Zooms are convenient, but if you want sharpness and microcontrast, stick to primes, they are much cheaper for what they deliver.

For the focal length which will be most useful, just analyze the shots taken with 18-55, and see if there is a particular FL or a narrow range you are shooting most of the time. In my case it is either 18mm or 55mm, rarely in between.

The most appropriate option after the 35mm, for street photography would be the 50mm F1.8G. For portraits the 85mm F1.8G.
