I prefer seeing some of its texture that is visible in the first. And be aware of how you crop. In the first photo, you cropped through the face of the woman standing in the background. One other observation in the second, I'm having trouble digesting the greens of his boutonniere and the greens of the mantle flowers being black. I guess it is the symbolism--lol! You are quickly learning how to post process--you are picking things up fast!
