Has anyone used CamRanger? If you have, do you like it and what are the pros and cons? Below is a link to their website.

FYI-I have nothing to do with this company. I have never seen one of these units. I am considering buying one.

The aerial photographer I work for uses it. Works great. He uses it with an iPad. We use a 45' tower to mount the camera on for some jobs, and the CamRanger is hooked up to the camera, giving us remote control. Works pretty slick.

A friend of mine recently bought this rig to control two D7100s from his iPad. He uses them to record interviews at conferences and wanted to reduce the amount of kit he has to carry around. I haven't yet heard from him on their utility but they are on my NAS list to help make my astrophotography less painful.
