The app is on my phone, but I simply didn't remember it at the time. Plugging in the values, 125mm at f/5.6 while standing relatively close (maybe 10-12 feet) didn't give me as much DOF as I expected (no cropping done on the photo either). If you don't have a DOF app for your phone, please consider getting one.
