Both the D7200 and D500 have better sensors than the D7100, but the D500's sensor is even better than the D7200. The body has the rear flip screen like the D750 which I've found to be helpful. Plus the lens calibration has automatic fine tuning so it skips the process of having to manually enter the value into the body as it will determine it for you.
