You can turn off this particular feature but be prepared for out of focus shots if you don't verify focus lock in the viewfinder.The D3200 does not have a one button, or two-button, reset. You go into your Shooting Menu and select "Reset Shooting Menu". Then you go into your Setup Menu and select, "Reset Setup Options".
