[QUOTE="Don Kuykendall_RIP, post: 795028, member: 6277"] When to Tuscaloosa for a couple of days to visit my mom and get her out of the hospital and into rehab for a few weeks to get over a back injury. She is 86 so that is always hard to get over any injury. Was hoping to shoot some great spots while I was there but is was very cold and overcast the entire two days. It even snowed on me on the way home today. I bet I saw several hundred snowflakes over a two hour period. Did go to the dam to see the flooding damage from all the recent rains. This is a dam that I grew up next to. Dam, golf course and then my house. We could hear the water from our house. Was kind of nice. Water had gone down a lot but was still about 20 feet above average. In this picture the log is about 30 feet above the water now and about 40 to 50 feet above average.
